TEDxVIPS

As the Design Head for TEDxVIPS, I led the complete visual identity and campaign rollout across digital and physical platforms. From concept to execution, I designed every touchpoint — including posters, social media content, motion reels, paid ads, tickets, and the sponsorship kit — ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

The goal was to build anticipation, maintain visual consistency, and create an immersive experience that extended beyond the event day. Every asset was strategically designed to engage audiences, attract sponsors, and elevate the event’s credibility.

Brief

Posters

TEDxVIPS is an independently organised TED event at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, New Delhi. As Design Head for two consecutive years, I was responsible for the complete visual identity and campaign rollout for each annual event, spanning 7 speakers and a live audience.

Designed a cohesive poster series that captured the theme of the event while maintaining strong visual recall across campus and digital platforms.

ReelsConceptualized and edited dynamic motion content to build hype, announce speakers, and increase engagement across Instagram.

Instagram
Created interactive and visually consistent story templates for announcements, countdowns, and live event coverage.

Sponsorship Kit

Designed a comprehensive sponsorship deck that visually communicated value, audience reach, and brand positioning to potential partners.

Outcome
Over two years, the visual identity was rolled out across digital and physical touchpoints, building consistent brand recognition on campus and online. The sponsorship kit successfully attracted corporate sponsors, supporting the event's production and credibility.
